Cage Sebastian Pierre is a multidisciplinary creative leader and experience designer whose work bridges the worlds of art, architecture, and cultural innovation. His journey began with a foundation in performance, earning a BFA in Acting and honing his skills as an actor, director, and collaborator across diverse stages and creative teams in the U.S. and abroad.
Driven by an insatiable curiosity and a desire to create spaces that spark connection, Cage expanded his practice into installation and experience design, taking on leadership roles that challenged him to blend storytelling with spatial impact. His pursuit of deeper social relevance led him to earn an MA in Design for Social Impact in Paris, where he immersed himself in design thinking processes, lean startup methodologies, social governance, and participatory design. He presented his work at the Terra Foundation in Paris and the Thinking Through the City Conference in Lisbon.
Central to Cage’s creative philosophy is Hip-Hop Architecture, a principle he has woven throughout his career. This approach, rooted in interaction, place-based inspiration, and the belief that space is inherently co-created, has shaped his work, from community-driven projects with Chicago Shakespeare Theatre or Chicago’s Park District to commercial partnerships with international brands like the Paris-based collective POPOUT Together.
Along the way, Cage has led youth programs, facilitated cross-cultural collaborations, and designed immersive installations that invite audiences to engage with brands, stories, and each other in transformative ways. His work is recognized for its originality, clarity, and the ability to empower others to think bigger and connect more deeply.
Cage continues to build iconic, inclusive worlds for communities, brands, or global audiences. If you’re ready to experience what’s possible when artistry, strategy, and cultural insight converge, let's connect.
